Greetings, Seekers of Light!
I hope you are doing very well on what would be a lovely afternoon for yours truly. Whether it is the rising, the afternoon, evening, or night time. I would like to discuss a very important and critical idea when it comes to being mindful about word choice. This post is regarding the phrase “Good morning”, and why I intentionally have switched to be more mindful when it comes to this phrase. When we say Good Morning we are casting a spell on our day “Good Mourning” is what our subconscious hears. There is nothing good about it, with our words we have set the frequency of our day in motion. By consciously choosing different words like “Good Day” or “Grand Rising” (my personal choice) we set a different tone for our day. I share this because each moment we are awake we have the conscious choice to become more aware of ourselves and the world around us. Internally and externally we must be mindful of what we put out into the world and what we consume. I ask that the next time you go to say “Good Morning” to consider whether there is something for you mourn about or not. If not, then you may want to consider a different word choice and be more mindful of the spell work you are casting on your life. This is something we often do not talk about in our society as it has mainly has a focus and notion that the world is merely physical. It is not and we must begin viewing the world as conscious(ness) but more importantly frequency. The things we say, do, surround ourselves with, put out, consume, become who we are. What other words could we as a society become more mindful about?
